Does Yaigo file Form 303 for me?
No. Yaigo prepares the quarterly sales and VAT report; your accountant (or you) still files the form. The difference is that the data arrives ready.
What does my accountant see?
Your sales, the quarterly report and the supplier and service invoices you send them through Yaigo.
Which invoices can I send?
Supplier and service invoices: stock, rent, electricity, phone… You send them from the app and they reach your accountant with no loose emails or WhatsApp photos.
Do I need VeriFactu to use Accountancy CONNECT?
No, they are separate. VeriFactu is optional and you switch it on from your dashboard whenever you like. The new expected date is October 2028 (pending publication in the BOE).
