Do I need to buy a terminal to use Yaigo?
No. Yaigo runs in the cloud on your tablet, PC or phone. A Yaigo TPV terminal is optional: it makes sense if you want a built-in printer, scanner and drawer, a dual screen or a scale.
How much does a Yaigo TPV terminal cost?
Price and availability are on request: tap Buy or message us and we’ll reply within 24 hours. It’s a one-off payment, separate from the software plan.
What warranty do they have?
Warranty against manufacturing defects, stated on delivery: we repair or replace the terminal at no cost. It doesn’t cover misuse or normal wear.
Can I have several terminals in the same location?
Yes. On Basic and Restaurant Plan a business can have several terminals, with unlimited users and products.
Do they work without internet?
Yes. Yaigo works online and offline, so you can keep charging even if the connection drops.
