What is VeriFactu and why is it mandatory?
VeriFactu is the AEAT’s verifiable invoicing mode: every invoice carries a digital fingerprint and electronic signature and is sent to the tax authority. What becomes mandatory from 1 January 2027 (Corporate Income Tax companies) and 1 July 2027 (freelancers) is using invoicing software adapted to the regulation (Royal Decree 1007/2023). In Yaigo, VeriFactu is built into the POS / TPV itself.
What is the best POS / TPV with VeriFactu?

Is Yaigo only for restaurants?

Does the AEAT homologate Yaigo POS software?
The Spanish Tax Agency does not homologate POS software. Yaigo is designed to meet the invoicing-software regulation (Royal Decree 1007/2023) in VeriFactu mode. From 2027, keeping non-adapted software that can still issue invoices may be fined
€50,000 per tax year (art. 201 bis.2 LGT).
Are there discounts on Yaigo POS plans?
There is a €1/month promotion for limited companies (SL) until 31 December 2026, and for the self-employed until 31 May 2027. Monthly with no loyalty discount; 6 months with 10% off; 1 year with 20% off. Today you can buy Basic (€19.99/month) and Restaurant Plan (€29.99/month).
Can a business have more than one POS?
Yes. Basic and Restaurant Plan include multiple POS terminals, unlimited users and unlimited products at one location. Extra hardware is priced on request.
What is Accountancy CONNECT?
The quarterly report shared with your accountant, aligned with the VAT cycle (form 303). You export the report or give the accountant direct access to view it in the panel.
Do I need a POS terminal / TPV machine?
Can I migrate from my current POS to Yaigo?
Yes. Migration is included: catalogue, customers and inventory, so you can move to a POS with VeriFactu without losing data.
Do I need separate tablets for Glovo / Uber Eats?
No. Orders arrive on the same Yaigo POS screen alongside dine-in and takeaway.
What does the digital QR and NFC menu include?
An interactive phone menu with photos, allergens, multiple languages and instant updates.
Does Yaigo offer 24/7 support?
Yes. Every plan includes 24/7 technical support. Barcelona office hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; POS support is always on.
